Q: When will my order ship from the Shop Now page?

A: Orders ship within 4-8 business days. Smaller products tend to get shipped sooner than larger furniture.

Q: Why is there a 50% deposit for my project?

A: The deposit assures an agreement on the project between Wake Woodworks LLC and you and helps get the project moving faster. The other 50% will be invoiced after delivery.

Q: How long will it take to build my project?

A: Once work on your project begins, we will have a better estimate of how long it will take. As we work on the project, there will be progress updates sent to you regularly. Quality woodcraft is not as fast as ordering something online, and it showing up four days later. It is a patient and artistic progression focused on the details. What you can expect is a beautifully made product that will last generations. Once finished, we will schedule a delivery date.

Q: When will my project be started?

A: Projects are worked on one at a time. Once your project is started we will keep in touch regularly to send you progress pictures and a more accurate timeline of the project. We will tell you where you are in the queue lineup and give you updates when you move up in the queue via email. Once finished, we will schedule a delivery day.

Q: What is the price I am quoted based on?

A: The quote is based on the cost of material, the time it takes to build, and the difficulty of the project. Delivery is also included in your quote.

Q: Does the delivery of my project cost extra?

A: Nope! The cost of delivery is included in the quote.

Q: Can I get an itemized invoice?

A: Short answer is no. Your invoice will state the total cost covering delivery, labor, and materials. We take a lot of time coming up with quotes to be sure they are accurate and fair per unique project.

Q: Is there a payment plan option?

A: Not at the moment.
